Otis Hunter III., Executive MBA

is an Alumni of both Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL and Texas Southern University in Houston, TX. He is the Co-Founder of Tower of Faith Outreach and has been married to wife Cynthia for more than 16 years. They have 2 beautiful children, Jessika Haley & Kelsi Olivia. In addition to his devotion to family and career, Otis has shown his commitment to TOFO, by being a major asset to the development, implementation, marketing & resources department. In addition to his credentials, Otis has countless years of volunteer experience with United Way, C.H.O.I.C.E. (Choosing to Help Others In Our Community Excel), and the Houston Food Bank. Currently, Otis is working with TOFO to implement programs that will re-establish order and structure in our homes & communities, especially educating men on being stronger providers & leaders.

Deloise Whitt, BBA

is an Alumna of South University in Montgomery, AL, holding a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration. Deloise is the Assistant Director of Tower of Faith Outreach and is a single-mother and grandmother; with over 20 years of nonprofit work experience, gained through the National Head Start program. In addition to her credentials, she has worked as a Financial Secretary & Youth Director at her church. Always putting the needs of her family first and stressing the importance of hard-work & determination, she completed her degree after sending both children off to college. With professional interests in child advocacy and educational disparities, Deloise is currently working with TOFO to bridge the gap between principles taught in churches, schools and home.

Sharmonica A. Flowers

is a single-mother with over 8 years of legal administrative experience; and has worked for over a decade with at-risk youth between the ages of 5-17. In addition to her experience working with the youth, Sharmonica has spent an overwhelming number of hours counseling & praying with traditional & nontraditional families. Born in Massachusetts and growing up in Uniontown, Alabama, Sharmonica has conquered many obstacles. Her experience in providing service to others is through news media and education. Her dedication to outreach motivates her continued effort to fulfill the needs of the youth as well as those throughout the community. Currently, Sharmonica is working with TOFO to stamp out bullying and low self-esteem through workshops & training courses geared toward families.

Dr. Hazel Evans Freeman

is a retired University of Alabama instructor where she taught Computer Science classes for over twenty five years. Hazel has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in the College of Education; and served as an undergraduate faculty in the College of Engineering and College of Arts &Sciences. Her area of expertise is Educational Psychology, Research, Statistics, Mathematics and Computers. She is a wife and mother of three daughters. Since retiring, she has been spending time understanding and applying biblical principals. She is a prayer warrior and loves interceding for her family and friends. Hazel works closely with TOFO to expand and develop it's marketing, advertising, and fundraising activities needed to provide ongoing services.
