About Us

Tower of Faith Outreach (TOFO) envisions the organization being a provider of services for traditional and nontraditional families in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, New York, and Virginia. However, the vision for TOFO is to be a global curriculum found in churches, schools, and community centers across the U.S. and abroad. Tower of Faith Outreach also envisions developing a network of partners, to include other nonprofit organizations, business owners and corporations to educate & empower families to build strong, faith-filled communities.

Since launching a prayer ministry in 2011, Tower of Faith Outreach has sprouted in multiple directions. From speaking life into the lives of so many through prayer & scripture, to providing clothes & household goods for families in need; TOFO has been faithful in walking the path God has instructed. Our desire to help the youth is evident in our works through seminars & workshops on Resume Writing, Career Planning, Financial Empowerment, Self-worth & God's love. In addition, we offer FREE tutoring, iTutor Enrichment Program, for students who below grade level or have a desire to grow in areas of Reading Comprehension, Writing, and Math.

Founder & Executive Director

Cynthia Goldsby Hunter has been a role model for over two decades. Her continued outreach presence and classroom experience have given her the platform to influence youth between the ages of 4-17; as well as others in her community. Recognizing the need for positive leaders for our young people and community, Cynthia felt compelled to establish an organization to educate, empower, and uplift through Christian principles & teachings. Growing up in rural Alabama, she experienced several challenging situations, but always chose to take the "hands on" approach to improve the quality of life of others. Cynthia's experience is enriched by her years spent in the United States Army Reserves, where she supported a Combat Support Hospital Unit. Having graduated from both The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and Troy State University in Montgomery, AL, she knows firsthand that your past does not define your destiny.
